ODE

ODE stands Open Dynamics Engine and does all the physique simulation in Luxinia. It is open source and can be used freely.

  • Full 3D Physics
  • Motors, Joints, Forces...
  • Collision primitives and triangle meshes...

We simply added the features of ODE and made its functions available to the scripting. But we also added a few new simple but yet usefull features:

  • 2D Physics
  • Autoenabling
    • can be restricted to a maximum tracedepth
    • can be limited with a required activation force by the actor
