Render2Texture? FBOs?, glow effect and Multiple Render Targets

The website version of the tutorial is not ready yet, but the tutorial files in the download package are fully described.

This tutorial will make use of advanced rendering effects. We will render the specular and self illumination term of model to a dedicated glow texture. That texture will be blurred and added as post effect on top of the scene.

If hardware allows we will render into this dedicated glow texture in the same pass as main rendering using "multiple render targets". They allow us to render to multiple textures at once.
