Particleclouds

Particles that are mostly static and directly manipulated by the user are created via particleclouds. These are containers of particles that will be rendered with the same appearance. Different geometries (billboard, points, mesh..) are possible just like with the particlesystems, in fact they both use the same rendering backend.
The major difference is that particleclouds and their particles are entirely created and setup by the user from Lua code.
